Terms And Conditions

All items are authentic and new designer brands or your money back guaranteed. NO FAKE OR IMITATION is sold here.

Only serious buyers will be entertained.

1) FIRST PAY, FIRST SERVE basis. NO verbal booking/reservation without deposit.

All prices shown are net, include shipping and handling from US/UK to Malaysia and it takes approximately 2 to 5 weeks to delivered.

Sales is final, no return, refund or exchangeable. Cancellation is not allowed once payment has been made. If the item is unavailable we will make full refund.

Please note that the color of the item on the pages might be differ from the actual item due to photographic lighting.

2) All items are PRE ORDER unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the LABELS under each post for item status.

3) Deposits :

50% deposit required to secure booking.

Balance to be paid within TWO DAYS of item's arrival notification via email/sms otherwise the item will be released to other buyer and deposit will be forfeited.

4) Payment :

Payment must be made within 12 hours after you have received a confirmation email.

Payment must be maid in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Account details will be stated in the confirmation email.

We have the right to change the price at any time without prior notice due to current exchange and on sales item.

Please send your proof of payment to our EMAIL or FACEBOOK INBOX. We do not accept any proof of payment or payment notifications by SMS.Please note that the price maybe higher or lower depending on the current exchange rates.

5) Shipping :

Item will be sent via PosLaju after full payment is received.

NO Cash On Delivery (COD) or SELF COLLECT.

Please kindly take note that slight delays in delivery is not within our control as the shipment could be delayed due to high volume at the postal office or held back by Malaysian customs.All items will be sent using Poslaju within 24-72hrs after full payment received and cleared. We are not responsible for any loss/damages during local delivery.

Please take note that we will try our best to get your desired bags. But we could not guarantee that the CFO will accept all our orders. Sometimes the CFO cancelled our orders at the very last minutes without telling us. This situation did happen from time to time and their typical reasons are due to high demand. If this case happened we will refund your payment immediately after we have noticed this situation.
